Event Details
As we move through the end of summer and approach the Fall Equinox, there is a seasonal energy shift, which cultures all around the world have honored for thousands of years.
Also called Mabon, it is known as the time of the harvest; time to reap what we have sown and practice gratitude.
At this time of the year, the days and nights are also of roughly equal length, and the celestial equator is in perfect alignment with the sun; creating an equilibrium on the planet, and an opportunity to balance the forces of light and darkness within you.
Join Amber Moon for an acoustic healing journey on Thursday, September 22nd for our Fall Equinox sound bath from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM in Payson, UT.
Amber will be sharing some practices that can help you transition from summer to autumn, followed by a sound bath meditation.
