CONCERT HIGHLIGHTS:

• Marvel at pianist Kevin Cole as he tackles not 1 but 3 of Gershwin’s masterworks, including the incomparable Rhapsody in Blue.
• Watch the orchestra get its turn to shine with the uncontainable energy of Gershwin’s Cuban Overture.
• Connect with a fresh American voice and hear Andrew Norman’s Sacred Geometry, a programmatic journey from one end of France’s Chartres Cathedral to the other.

PRE-CONCERT FESTIVITIES:

• Learn more about this evening’s music at a pre-concert lecture, which begins 45 minutes prior to the start of the concert in Abravanel Hall’s First Tier Room.
• Enjoy Lobby Fest performances 30 minutes before the concert in the lobby by members of our Youth Guild.
