We are a peer-led addiction recovery group that utilizes Buddhist practices and principles, such as meditation and mindfulness, to ease the suffering caused by addictions of all kinds.

We rely on community ("sangha") to support each other on the path to recovery. We are the Salt Lake Sangha of the global Recovery Dharma community.
