Pleiku (pronounced Play-Ku) is a modern day Vietnamese restaurant located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. Named after a city in central Vietnam, this little bistro invites guests to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine and asian inspired tapas in a cozy yet big city vibe.

Pleiku serves the famous Vietnamese noodle soup, a.k.a. Pho, which comes from an old family recipe. This 36 hour brewed broth is as authentic as they come.
