Spencer and his dad dreamed of opening a hometown pizzeria together. Sadly, Rodger passed away in 2014 before this dream was realized. In order to make Rodger an ongoing part of the dream, the pizzeria was named "Louie's Pizzeria".
Louie runs the pizzeria with his family and has brought his own children in on the dream.
