Welcome (Sawadee) to Aroy-d Thai Cuisine. It is my honor and privilege for me and all of us to have you as our guest. We expect and want you to enjoy some of the most flavorful dishes of Thailand. Thai cuisine places an emphasis on lightly-prepared dishes with strong aromatic components. It balances the five fundamental taste senses in each dish or the overall meal: hot (spicy), sour, sweet, salty, and (optional) bitter.
