Amy Britt, sole owner of Pig & A Jelly Jar opened its first location in Salt Lake City in 2012, its second location in Ogden in 2015 and its 3rd location in Holladay in 2017. She believes food should be made with love, served with integrity and the dining experience unique.
Pig & A Jelly Jar is a modern Southern comfort food diner, serving breakfast and lunch all day. At Pig we use fresh quality ingredients, non-GMO safflower oil, scratch recipes as well as many local and organic products.
