The menu at Zucca changes with the seasons, creating a vibrant, beautiful array of dishes. We strive for a sustainable, organic menu. As far as possible, naturally raised or organic meat or poultry is used. Also, during the Northern Utah growing seasons, organic produce is sourced from local farmers.
Zucca also has an excellent wine list that showcases the classic Italian wines, as well as the new generation of Italian, Latin American & North American winemakers.
