Utah Valley University has been given the patent to this unique dutch oven. The handle can be removed to keep it cool to the touch. The lid rotates in the ears on the pot and the whole unit can be lifted. Twenty prototypes have been made and tested in real world situations. We are now raising funds to begin large scale production.
