Get to know Bernales Institute of Martial Arts
The Bernales Institute of Martial Arts offers expert instruction within a supportive community atmosphere. We offer classes for kids and adults in a variety of arts, taught by certified instructors with decades of experience. Children's classes start at age 5 and, according to age-appropriateness, consist of Jiu-Jitsu, Eskrima/Kali, Jeet Kune Do, and Muay Thai Boxing. Adult class offerings also include Silat, Mixed Martial Arts and more.
