The tacos al pastor are the main event at Chunga’s, and for good reason. Pork, pineapple and some greenery make for a very satisfying, non-greasy meal. All kinds of fun ingredients dot the menu, including a few vegetarian options like cactus, mushroom and flor de calabaza (google that last one since the translation is hard to find).
