Every family tradition starts somewhere, and for us it started in 1990 when Avtar and Rakesh moved from Punjab to Salt Lake City in hopes of sharing the refined flavors of Northern India with a new audience. And after many years of cooking and serving their favorite dishes, they passed on the tradition to their daughters, Param and Rashmi. Today, our family is proud to be your go-to for every occasion, including casual lunches, intimate dinners, and large-scale event catering. There’s a reason Tandoori-style cooking is known as “the cuisine of the emperors” -- it’s meant for the very best. And we couldn’t imagine a better community to share it with.
