In 1980 we took a leap of faith and purchased a restaurant named Taco Siesta. We had been searching for way to teach our children and grandchildren the value of hard work. Gary had his own career with Alpine School District and I became owner of business

Our cooks begin work at 7am to prepare food fresh—each and every day. They cook ground beef and beans for the day, grill chicken, make our signature sauces, grate cheese, cut vegetables, and hand-fry every nacho chip, taco shell, tostada shell, etc.
