Can’t get enough Halloween candy? Start preparing your own confections with confidence! In this class, Master Chef Rebecca Millican will be teaching classic techniques of sugar cooking and chocolate tempering. You will learn how to make vanilla caramels, marshmallows with flavor variations, pralines, and crystallized chocolate almonds.

This class will be held in Salt Lake City, at our new teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street. Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and all the tools you will need. There is no minimum experience necessary. Closed-toe shoes are required. Seats will sell out quickly so book now to reserve your spot.
