Event Details
A celebration of steak and its many forms. In tonight’s class we’ll make a classic steak and potatoes dinner with a multicultural twist in its most savory form. From marinated steak, chimichurri sauce, herb compound butter, pomme puree, and blistered asparagus, you’ll be taken on a culinary journey from the richness of France to the freshness of Argentina. Paired with red wine to drink.
About the Location
This class will be held at our teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street in Salt Lake City. Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and tools required. Closed toe shoes and appropriate attire is required for the class. There is no minimum experience required.
