For all the years that I have enjoyed the Cottonwood Canyons there has been a demand for quick quality food on the way up canyon. Finally I have been able to combine my love of cooking with my love of skiing. I focus on quality ingredients to cater to meat lovers and vegetarians. Base Camp will be the first mobile food unit at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon and I'm looking forward to feeding many smiling faces!
